Ahhh the "mature-bomb", usually a sign of lacking arguments. I sum it up for you, yet again: even though you got no reasons to do so ? You kinda even admitted yourself that spheres and ingredients are a different thing here. But well, yeah, dont feed the trolls, or else iam getting pm spammed with assumptions about my family-situations,about my freetime and unemployement and immaturenes

Yes, i think we are legitimate in our current concerns about customer service.: It's not MTs best month. |

1. Not all mods on here suck. Not all mods here are good. 2. I don't want a sphere. Just give me a new MT Pass for the one I used, you can take the 3,000 gold back that I got. |

Off-topic, with many penalties and warnings, maybe a 30 or 50 day ban is next. |

It seems all my posts are considered to be rude, offensive or off-topic. But tons of other players spamming all the forums with off-topic discussions are cool. I can quote more than 20 offensive posts that are still there. Only when I try to say something in a polite way I get a ban or my posts are deleted. Good job moderators. You are making forums a better place. Also it was nice to know that even memes are forbidden in MT forums. |

Venarya, it's sad Kompera, but if you really are outraged, the only real way to send a message is to pack and leave.
Actually, this is a free game with an option for paid play. The way to send a message is to no longer pay to play, especially when the reward for paying is trivialized. Count me in. |

Totally agree with Luxr. He and d2k are the wisest players who wrote on this thread. Luxr, you have my respect! |

If you feel wrongly done by MT, take it to them. I totally agree that this event has a blunder of an announcement, and its completely normal to be outraged over it. Jumping on the band wagon for MT saying that you should have known better and arguments like that don't mean a thing and are completely next to the point here. People are spending money on this game because they like this game. Some people need to some convincing to take there credit card out, and an event like this is common to push people over the line. These people become costumors. Costumers should not be cows that should be milked for every penny they have, but potential (happy?) costumers that could come back to spend more happily. Makes sense as a business model, right? Saying:'You should have known it was to good to be true' is the weakest argument and special care should be given to rectify this situation. To expect understanding for mistakes like this shows little respect to the costumer. I believe respect is key here. Just pm Epoq, and I am sure they will do what they can to alleviate the harm you feel you have been done by, I personally have excellent experiences with them. |

or mt should double check their work. I used to spend heavy on this game, but not so much anymore. The reason is because something will be wrong with the event I have spent on. Honestly can anyone think of an event that worked exactly like MT wanted it to lol.. |

For these events MT should post a typical grid with all the spaces revealed in the news. This would show everyone what might be found and MT can check to see if they have forgotten anything in the grid before posting it. |

Really, if the only reason somebody bought coins/notes this time was becuase of the spheres on the ad then they knew how powerful spheres are or this would not be the case. Now, if you knew how powerful spheres are and saw that 3000coins and Tac Tickets got bigger billing in the event ad then ANYBODY with a shred of common sense would have realised this was a mistake. I'm sorry for those who took the advertisement on face value and have personaly been stung by things like this before (buying coins 2 hours before event starts for example) but really it was very obviously a mistake on this occasion, and anybody who claims they didnt know the value of spheres etc. then you did not buy only for the chance of a sphere Anyway I do hope lots of people compain to MT as this kind of thing happens too often, just really I think some folk are jumping on the mistake and trying to get something for nothing from it as happens with every tiny thing here where folk cry for compensation. Any I shall expect to be flamed, this is just my opinion though |

ya, it's sad Kompera, but if you really are outraged, the only real way to send a message is to pack and leave. MT makes these kind of blunders all the time, there is bugs all the time, etc.. But, we all stay here anyways, and play anyways, and pay anyways, so down the line, we send the message that it's no big deal. I wish i really had a chance at a sphere, but i'm more of a "meh" guy, so i wont throw an ire over this and just continue to play. But if this is unacceptable to you, well, don't accept it. Plenty of other free games out there. I have sent Epoq and MT a message about the faults and issues of the flawed advertisement that there was Spheres in the grid that then proved to be wrong and was changed many hours later to Energies instead. As Venar said MT are famous for their blunder during pretty much all events and new content and they are also famous for how long it usually takes before they either inform the community of what they are going to do or fixing the problem. But in all games bugs and problems happens but its up to the devs to fix these things in a good and timely fashion. But I would not call the flawed advertisement about having Spheres in the grid when it instead should have read Energies a blunder.. Some people cam to MT´s defense and said that it was a typo. If you write Spheres instead of Energies its NOT a typo. Typos are things that you usually find in a newspaper or in the NpC gaming dialog, like a miss spelled word or something similar. To be mistaken about the grids content and put Spheres instead of Energies is a HUGE mistake and cant be considered a blunder. If a company screws up in a big way like MT just did its not enough that they send Epoq to inform us that there was a minor blunder and that we should have understandings. If the people who work at MT with DinoRpG cant tell the difference between a Sphere and a Energy then they should probably not work there, or they should pay extra attention to what they do. |

Arguing with another player here yields you absolutely nothing. People who wanted to complain would post 1-2 comments and it was over. But "some" people in online communities try to show how "mature" they are by trying to make others look like "idiots" just because they paid money to get something that was clearly stated in the ad. People really think this wanna-be-cool behavior of them makes them look like "matures". They try so hard (and this is so cute). But, childish behavior is what it is. People would not be this much angry if there weren't players here saying " oh dude, you are such an idiot for paying money " p.s : English is not even the 3rd main language in my country so don't try to be more "mature" by correcting grammatical errors from my post. |

Please write to MT then and express your outrage. That is the only way you are going to get remotely any satisfaction. Arguing with another player here yields you absolutely nothing. |

druid2kthe big mistake is that it its not a lottery, you are not buying the lottery tickets!
you are buying gold or treasury notes, and you get free gifts with these... and you are complaining about these gifts - thats ridiculous..]\ NO. That position is not accurate at all. I've never before purchased T-notes. And I don't think that I'm alone in this. I bought T-notes only because of the Independence Day promotion. I wanted a chance for a prize in addition to my simple exchange of money for T-notes. And the grid wasn't offered as an inconsequential adjunct for T-note purchases, it was offered as an incentive to make those purchases. Claiming that the grid was simply a "free gift" is not a defensible position. Anyone who paid in to this lottery wasn't just buying gold or T-notes, they were also buying a chance for the advertised prizes. And if those prizes were misrepresented, it isn't the fault of the purchasers, it is the fault of those who made the offer. |
